Meet Miss Jessie!

I’m Jessica Alexzandrikc—the heart and hands behind Clover Exploration, where I create and carry the magic of a world of play, wonder, and hands-on discovery wherever I go. I’ve been working with young children for over a decade, and every moment has only deepened my belief that kids learn best when they’re engaged, inspired, and surrounded by love.

Clover Exploration started as a dream way back in high school—sparked by a simple idea and a logo with three meaningful colors, each representing one of my core values:

💖 At Clover Exploration, everything begins with Connection. I believe in a connection-first approach—nurturing strong, personal relationships with the children I care for, their families, and the broader community. When kids feel seen, safe, and valued, their imaginations spark.

🧡 Exploration is the heart of how we learn. Through hands-on experiences, open-ended play, and curiosity-driven activities, children are invited to observe, question, and make discoveries about the world around them. I support their natural drive to ask “why” and “what if,” helping them develop resourcefulness, innovation, and a lifelong love of learning.

💚 And then there’s Sustainability—not just in the materials we use, but in the relationships we build. Too much of the world around children is fast, disposable, and throwaway—including toys and even moments. I aim to change that. By repurposing materials often seen as “trash” and encouraging creative reuse, I hope to inspire a generation that sees possibility everywhere—and builds a brighter, more conscious future because of it.

What began as a seed of inspiration has grown and evolved—starting with babysitting, then blossoming into in-home childcare, and now into a full play-based business offering enrichment classes, camps, birthday parties, custom dramatic play setups, and themed sensory experiences that spark imagination and bring stories to life.

I specialize in play-based early learning, combining creativity with educational intention—whether that means setting up a pirate ship adventure that builds collaboration and storytelling,, a flower shop full of entrepreneurial opportunities, or an entomology lab with magnifying glasses and model bugs! I’m known for being quick on my feet, deeply responsive, and full of playful energy. With a background in responsive care giving and years of hands-on experience, I meet children where they’re at and guide them through meaningful, joyful learning experiences.

Clover Exploration isn’t just what I do—it’s who I am. I pour my heart into every tiny detail because I believe that childhood should be magical, and learning should feel like an adventure.
